  A user name and password combination I created May 16 to gain access no longer works. My WordPress registration and site were established in 2014 and the site built with ProPhoto 5 is still accessible but no longer supported. I’ve upgraded to ProPhoto 7 but now I’m stuck. No WordPress user name, email address or password combination I try work. Please, help!

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com nor is it in anyway conencted to a wordpress.com account. To get help for a site using the open source wordpress.org, go to https://wordpress.org/

  Staartmees — You are 100% correct. My fault for inattention to the site I began in 2014 and, worse, not remembering nor understanding how the various pieces fit together. I was conflating the roles of WordPress.com with WordPress.org. My apologies. I’ve been able to reset my password and have access to my Dashboard. Thanks for your straight-from-the-shoulder response.
