I can not access my Domain

  Hello Support Team,

  I own the domain http://www.diginaries.com, I have not been accessing the site for a while, was relying mainly on emails to communicate with my customers ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’.

  I wanted to start customizing the site so I can use to promote my services and realized that it is not under my profile in WordPress, I need your help and guide to fix this issue. i.e. Gain access again to my domain so I can start customizing it.

  As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction id to restore access to your account, https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
