I can not add media content onto my company's website

  Hi

  Since last Wednesday (27/06/18) I have not been able to upload any media content onto my company’s website. I am the admin on that website, and prior to that I didn’t have any problems with uploads. I am not sure if this has anything to do with a “full storage capacity” or just some bug within WordPress. On the “Add Media” tab, it says “Maximum upload file size: 0 B”, and thus it won’t allow me to add anything.
