I can not change my name sever back to wordpress

  name server is not changing back to wordpress. I tried to change my hosting earlier so I changed my domains to the ones my hosting provider but it did not work so I deleted my hosting account and tried to change my domain back to the wordpress name servers but it said error contact support. also my URL is web-media-rethought.com I bought it from you as well as mapping from you the other day.
