I can not edit the top of my wordpress theme please help thanks in advance

    I am new in wordpress, i do not know anything about programming, i work in real estate and i want to create my own website, i am trying to edit this: http://www.tulumplayamx.com
    If you see at the top of the website you will see a telephone: 123456789 & after that you will see an email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) i do not know how to edit this, i have tried with pagelayer also with the basic editor, also i can not edit the bottom of the theme , you will see at the end of the page an orange : ABOUT US, GET IN TOUCH, INSTAGRAM, SOCIAL MEDIA it is the same case i do not how to do it, i am sorry for being ‘S’ jeje thanks for your help

    The site tulumplayamx.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on HostGator Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
