I can not insert images from the gallery

    Hello everyone!

    I’m having problems with my blog “usenprotectorsolar.wordpress.com”. When I try to insert an image in a post from the gallery, the image doesn’t appear in the post. I click the button “Insert image” but nothing happens. I tried to do it in Firefox and Google Chrome. I searched in the forum but I didn’t find any valid answer.

    Please, can you help me??

    Hello! Thanks for your answer. I tried all the options (I clear my cache and cookies, I upgrade the browser and Flash Player, the WP domains are no blocked, I tried another browser and alternative computer). The only one I didn’t try is the alternative location, I’m in Malaysia right now, but I used WP here before and I didn’t have any problem.

    At the begining I thought that only the gallery button was not working, but then I tried to change the appearance of my blog and a lot of widget buttons are not working.

    Can you help me please?

    Can you try loading the following sites and provide trace routes for any that are not working for you or that are running very slowly?

    How to do a traceroute on Windows:

    1. Go to Start -> Run
    2. Type “cmd” and press Enter
    3. When the command prompt comes up, type in tracert sat.wordpress.com and press Enter
    4. We are looking for anything that shows a large number of timeouts. If you see anything like that, copy and paste the results into a reply here.

    How to do a traceroute on a Mac:

    1. Go to Applications -> Utilities -> Network Utility.
    2. Click the Traceroute option at the top.
    3. Type in the domain that is not working for you and hit Enter.
    4. Look for anything that shows a large number of timeouts. If you see anything like that, copy and paste the results into a reply here.

    Do you have any better luck if you check “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages” at Users -> Personal Settings in your Dashboard?
