I can not publish a page, what can i do?

  I want to publish a page, but i can´t find the option ‘publish’. so i can’t create menus or put a home page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Before you can publish content on your site, you need to confirm your account’s email address. I see you confirmed your email address after posting this message — is everything working for you now?
