I can not renew my domain I need help

    I need to renew my domain and I can not follow links nor transfer my domain, can’t even do anything it’s ridiculous they send you an email that doesn’t work and then a contact form to a forum

    Can you check to see what address that was sent to? Then go here:
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    If that address does not match, please log out, and log back in with the address the invoice was sent to. The links will work then as you’ll be logged into the correct account.

    If you need more help, though, please do send us the domain name so we can find the right account for you.

    The domain name is tammybeckercoaching.com They sent me the time for renewal however I was away dealing with sick parents out of state. I am trying to renew now, but when I click the button it says I have no site and there are no clear instructions anywhere

    Hi there,

    helpmetammygetfit, the WordPress.com account you are contacting us from, is not the account connected to the domain you are wanting to renew. The account is under the username tjbeckerbabe. If you have the login credentials for that account, you should be able to log in and manage your upgrades.

    However, tammybeckercoaching.com was already renewed back in mid-July and doesn’t expire until August of next year – so you are in no danger of losing it. Are you trying to transfer the domain?
