i can not sign into my account (email visible only to moderators and staff) and i have changed paswords multiple times?

  i want too login to my ionos account using wordpress but i cannot as i have changed password and used email links but ionos will not accept any new password i create

  Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider, Ionos, for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
