I can not upload theme, I get 504 Gateway Time-out

  Hello,
  I have developed a theme, but now I can not upload it in:

  Submit Your Theme or Theme Update to the Directory

  
  I am getting 504 Gateway Time-out/nginx error
  My theme in 3Mb

  To be able to upload a theme to WordPress.com you’ll need to upgrade your site to the Business or eCommerce plan.

  All other plans can only use themes from our library:

  https://wordpress.com/themes
