I can see only white screen of the site

I have a problem with my 2 sites. I disguised the affiliate links and everything used to open normally. But yesterday the links like

https://infostudiya.ru/0/blognamillion.phpopen normally and work correctly, but other links
https://infostudiya.ru/1/1/ PHP 7.1 – Python 3.4https://AnnaSamukhina.ru/1/1/ PHP 5.6 – Python 2.7
https://AnnaSamukhina.ru/4/1
are working not correctly. I can see only white screen and in the address bar, I see a link and the name of the partner site.
I wrote to support service of my hosting Timeweb.ru and they told me I have to ask to help the support service of the CMS you are using or its documentation. -

I’m afraid that your sites are not hosted with WordPress.com. They are using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but are hosted with Timeweb.ru.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
