  A friend sent me this link: ugandanorphanagecom.wordpress.com

  But I can t see his blog.He also clicked on the option: Launch your site

  Is it possible for him to launch his blog for FREE?And HOW can he do that,please?

  They’ll need to follow the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#launch-your-site before it can be visible.
