I cancelled my account 2 years ago, still being charged

I remember being charged last year and I sent messages telling you I want to cancel my account. And then I just realized I was charged again!
I even tried to look into my account and it says there are no accounts!
I want the charge reversed and put back into my account.
I feel very ripped off by WordPress! How awful and then there’s no number to call to get help! Ridiculous!

If were just recently charged for renewal (within 14 days of renewal), you can initiate the refund from your Purchases dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ as long as you are logged in with the account that made the purchase. @mianhamzaahmad98 in addition to the remarks made by @justjennifer ( a long term support member) “Dispute the Charge with Your Bank” is the baddest solution. “Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention. It’s a way to reverse a charge made by an unauthorized purchaser. Chargebacks are not intended as a means of obtaining a refund or canceling a billing agreement or subscription.”
Not only gets your site and account suspended and your case blocked for 80 days, but you also have to pay a chargeback fee of 15 USD – https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

@staartmees, this is fraud! I have tried to cancel this for 2 years. I thought I had! I haven’t used WordPress in 2 1/2-3 years!
I’d rather pay $15 than the $95 or whatever it was. That’s times 2 since they took it a year ago too.
I’ve sent several messages during the last few days and they have still not replied.

Also, when I go to the purchases page, it says I don’t have an account. I have no subscriptions or anything.
