I cancelled my plan with wordpress and I got a refund but it was sent back

    Hi,
    I had a chat with a rep a few days ago about my plan and I cancelled my premium plan with WordPress. He agreed that I would get a full refund. The refund came in and it left my account back to WordPress immediately like it was recalled. I am confused about what’s going on

    Hi there,

    There is no way that we can take back a refund once issued. From the moment that we process the refund on our end we have no more access to those funds.

    Some banks don’t show a refund as a credit on the account if it takes place within a certain time after payment, but instead just remove the original charge. It could be something like this is going on. Please follow up directly with your bank about that.
