I cannnot deactive plugin

  I installed WooCommerce, but then I wanted to delete the installation. I realize there is no ‘install’ or ‘delete’ in my plugins options in my dashboard. Please help.

  What is the address of the site you are referring to? rosydewias.wordpress.com is a WordPress.com hosted site that has never had the ability to have plugins installed.
