  i am locked out of admin on my wordpress website

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can go to the site but, I cannot log in to make changes and updates.

  You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered any blog to access it.

  Oh for pity sake! I made the classic error of not clicking into the blog. Ignore what I stated above because you are posting to the wrong support forum. Scroll down to the footer of your theme and click the “powered by WordPress” link. http://frankandangela.com/ is a WordPress.ORG install. It’;s not a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
