I cannot access my blog

Hello from Greece. I am the owner and administrator of the blog Public Culture-notebook:
https://publicculturenotebook.wordpress.com/I can’t access my blog when I login to my profile. When I click on My Site it says I don’t have one. Although in the section ‘Manage which sites appear in your profile’, It shows public culture notebook publicculturenotebook.wordpress.com/
I have also tried different ways but always unsuccessfully
(e.g. as in the following message ‘
User v…….. Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
You are logged in as ‘v……….3’ and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for ‘Public Culture – notebook ‘. If you are not ‘v……..3’, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are ‘v………..3′ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.’I need some help -I hope it’s something not so complicated because I’ m not an expert!……

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.

the problem has been solved… it was indeed the wrong user account… I was confused because ten days ago I logged in properly and posted an article… anyway, thanks again for your immediate response!
