I cannot access my blog, AI won’t help me

  WordPress won’t let me into my blog. Somehow I have become a subscriber instead of the owner. I asked AI to refer my inquiry to a human rep and it just keeps repeating itself “…you need a paid subscription.” I have one.

  If anyone can assist, I would be grateful. I purchased my domain name today, but have been working on the blog for some time in drafts (and now all my content is gone and I can’t change it as “i don’t have access.”

  Don’t panic—your draft content is almost certainly safe! When you purchased your domain today, the checkout process likely created a secondary, duplicate WordPress.com account by mistake. You are currently logged into that new account, which is why the system doesn’t recognize you as the owner of corvusjackson.wordpress.com and your AI bot is getting confused about your subscription status. To fix this, log completely out of your current dashboard, clear your browser cookies, and log back in using the original email address or username you used when you first started writing those drafts. Once you are in the correct original account, you will see all your content intact, and you can easily invite your new account as an administrator or contact support through your paid billing history to merge the two profiles!
