I cannot access my dashboard as it tells me I don't have privileges.
-
My wifes website, an holistic therapy site, built using WordPress and hosted by Easyspace is no longer displaying. Last night it displayed advertising from sedo.com and today there is something there from easyspace. It looks like our site has been hacked into at some point over this weekend just gone as it was ok late last week. Please advise how we can get 1. access to the worpress control panel for the site and 2. How e then get the site back live. 3. What measures you recommend to protect ourselves from this going forward.
Many thanks – Neil & Julie Fishwick

You need to contact easyspace.
WordPress.com cannot help you with a website that is not hosted here. It is a different variety of the software entirely.
