  I cannot access my ICS web site. I have not used it for some time, but have now renewed my subscription. can some one help

  The only sites under your @joeatferrer WordPress.com account when I check on our end is this one: https://editloftdotvideo.wordpress.com/

  That does not sound like the “ICS” website you are referring to exactly, so is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
