  I cannot access my other account. Username is jc3 and the url address for the account is https://www.tubelube.london

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  There is no wordpresss.com account jc3 – https://wordpress.com/forums/users/jc3/ – as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it connected to a wordpress.com account for login.

  You can log in at https://www.tubelube.london/wp-admin/ using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.

  If you need further help, you must post your question in the forums at wordpress.org.

  Thank you very much for your help it is much appreciated! However I can’t log in via the https://www.tubelube.london/wp-admin as I can’t remember the password and when I choose the forgot password option I am not receiving any emails to change my password. If its not running on the wordpress.com platform then where is it?? I’m very confused. I know its an Elemeantor based website but I always used to just go to https://www.tubelube.london/wp-admin and then log in. What do I need to do?? I can’t contact WordPress at all about this.

  Just tried to log in to the wordpress.org forum but it doesn’t recognise any of my emails. I know I built my website through wordpress.com – please help as I’ve no idea how to retrieve my access details (see above message)

  Hi there!

  Your site at tubelube.london is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It uses the open-source WordPress.org software and appears to be hosted by GoDaddy, a different hosting company.

  The only WordPress.com site you have with us is https://johncorcoraniii.wordpress.com. As you can see, it’s a different site.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

  I’d suggest contacting your host (GoDaddy), as they will be able to help you log into the account. You will need to create a free account to post on the WordPress.org support forum, but I’d suggest contacting GoDaddy first.
