I cannot access my other WordPress account

  I am not able to login to my other account because I set it up with two step authentication, and I no longer have the phone number that is associated with it. Is there anyway that I can have the verification code sent to my email address instead, so that I can log into it?

  Thank you for your response. No, I no longer have the access codes. I made a screen shot of them years ago, but now I can not find them anywhere, therefore I can not use them. What else can I do?
