I cannot access my site

  Hi,

  I have been on the free plan of wordpress.com since 2016. I use it as a personal blog and portfolio. I recently moved to Uganda from South Africa and I haven’t been able to access my site ever since. My most recent post is May 17. Since the end of June everytime I visit my site it says “took too long to respond”. I can login on to my dashboard but it won’t load anything related to the site, pages etc. I’ve tried troubleshooting, I’ve cleared my cache, I am not paying for any hosting so it can’t be related to that. I am starting to think that it is because of my location. I have never faced any such issues before hand. Please help : /

  It seems Uganda blocks the internet and the use of a vpn – https://www.comparitech.com/blog/vpn-privacy/internet-censorship-map/
