I cannot access my site, it is only white screen with codes

    Hi, I wanted to update my site yesterday, but something happened and now I cannot access it, I can only see white screen with codes.
    In many articles people suggested to try FTP and disable the plugins but I cannot connect to the site there either.
    Could you please help??

    Can you share the URL of your website?

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
