I cannot access my website

  • Unknown's avatar

I had problems with my website at rikkeschubart.com – this website is made in wordpress. It is hosted at DanDomain. However, the website would not work, and DanDomain said it was not a problem with hosting, but with wordpress. I then tried to get support at the wordpress site – and the site asked me to create a user.

I tried to access the site with the mail and code I use for my existing website. And now I can write on the wordpress site, but this site says I have no webpage.
So, now I have a website I cannot enter at all, hosted at DanDomain. And I have a website at your site, where it says I have no website.
    What do I do?
    Yours sincerely,
    rikke schubart

You’ve created a new account at WordPress.com (but no site). This support forum can only assist with sites hosted here. As your site is hosted elsewhere and will be using the WordPress.org software you actually need to register an account and ask for assistance at: https://wordpress.org/support/

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
