I Cannot Access my website.

  My Username: (email visible only to moderators and staff), and password are not enabling me to log into our firm’s website. I need to access it to make changes, yet keep getting rejected. I therefore need help accessing it.

  Unfortunately, we are unable to help with this because your site is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It uses WordPress.org and is hosted by westhost.com, a different hosting company.

  To clarify, there are two versions of WordPress — WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

  We can help with WordPress.com sites in this forum. If you’re unable to restore the password to your WordPress.org site, you’ll want to contact your hosting service provider (westhost, in this case). Because the site is hosted on their servers, only they have the necessary access to help you log in.
