I cannot access my website www.videodirect.tv

  Hello, when I write videodirect.tv/wp-admin I get a white screen. When I try to access my wordpress account it says my email address is unknown. I have always used this email address and wordpress has always written to me at this address about my website. It is like I have been deleted off the system. Can anybody help me get my account back for this website. I can’t access any other help as I can’t login to my account
