I cannot access my wordpress account.

    Hi, I believe my website may have been hacked as it is no longer live nor can I can access my account. I am interested in rebuilding the site or at least deleting any plug ins that may be causing a problem but I cannot even get onto the wordpress site. Please can you advise the status of my account, delete any autorenewal and advise when my account is paid until/valid until. I am interested in starting again from scratch but I do need to at least delete the website or edit it to get rid of the existing problem pages/plug ins.

    Hi there,

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host we cannot help with this. In that case the password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
