i cannot access this site – which was done on wordpress a few years ago

  hi, i had a company several years ago build a website for me on wordpress. they are no longer around and i can’t access the site. i can prove identity and ownership. can you assist. the website url is http://www.seanperkinassociates.com. it says created on wordpress. i would need to delete current user + pw as (which might be me) and redo so i can update site.
