I Cannot Find Help

I am having so much trouble with WordPress. I wish I never signed up through here because now I am so locked it in is unbelievable. I purchased a domain through the WordPress site. And I guess I waited just an hour too late (49 hours) because it was too late to get a refund. I don’t care about getting my money back anymore.
I then signed up for a Shopify account, hoping to link it to my Shopify account. I am now paying for a Shopify account that cannot access my WordPress domain. I have tried to edit DNS records and everything. But apparently the DNS records are unalterable? This is ridiculous. And I cannot contact ANYONE from WordPress. I have gotten more help with my WordPress site from calling the Shopify support team. Unacceptable. I want to completely forget about my WordPress account and transfer my domain name to someone else BUT IT HASNT BEEN SIXTY DAYS. I need to open up my store so I can begin my business but because I chose WordPress I have to wait two months to begin actually running my business?
Does WordPress want my business or what? I want to be able to use Shopify. I do not want to do a business account through WordPress. I want to be done with WordPress, I have had it.
SOMEONE contact me. I NEED to transfer my domain.

I´m having problems to received the posts of the other wordpress blogs I am suscribe. I don´t received their post in my email account. Please help me.
