I cannot find my domain on my WordPress app

    I had purchased a domain on WordPress and cannot find it on my WordPress app. The website was okdriving.ca when I go to it, it is showing it parked. How do I get access to my domain?

    Hi there,

    From what I can see you purchased the WordPress.com Premium Plan on Dec 28 (and then upgraded to the Business plan shortly thereafter) but after that point I see that you cancelled your upgrades the following day, which resulted in a refund you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Is it your intent to use okdriving.ca with another host or provider? Or do you plan to use it on your WordPress.com site? We are able to recover the domain, but not sure how to help you once the domain is reactivated.
