I cannot find the "transfer domain" link

  I am trying to follow the instructions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/ to transfer the domain openpowerquality.org to another provider. However, I cannot find the “Transfer Domain” link. A screenshot of “My Domains” is here:

  There is no “transfer domain” link. What am I doing wrong?

  The reason you are having trouble is that openpowerquality.org is not registered with WordPress.com, it is just mapped here from an external registrar. According to WHOIS data, the registrar for openpowerquality.org is eNom.
