  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, the screenshot you are showing me is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you need help with a WordPress.com site, please let me know.

  http://iowadeafbaseball.wordpress.com/ is a WordPRess.com site.

  Which are you trying to use?
