  I cannot get access to my site, neither can my users as I accidentally changed something in one of the addresses on the admin page because I has just purchased a ssl certificate

  Hey there, I’d recommend asking your host for help with one of these options that don’t require access to wp-admin:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/

  They should be able to help you work out any certificate issues, too, and change the URL so it’s correct.
