I cannot get into my site

    Hi, I had a problem earlier today of posts being made in my name. I told a happiness engineer and advised to change my password which I did…now I cannot get back into my site and posts are still being made in my name …my account is krisrampersad.com it is a business account that has a direct helpline but because I cannot get back into my account I cannot access the help from there… pls help!!!
