I cannot get into my WordPress back end and it is now locked by jetpack.

Hello, my name is Scott Coley, and I have a WordPress website hosted by the Blue Host, and I cannot get into the back end of the site. The site’s name is interiorsaroom.com. After failing to get into my site numerous times, it is now locked. The strange thing is that when I submit my email address to recover it, I am told that the email is not registered with WordPress. I had someone build that site for me, and I wonder if the email is going to him… I created this site back in 2016, and I have not been active with it for over a year, so I am unsure what I should do. I have access to my control panel in Blue Host but can only delete the website from there, which I do not want to do because I would lose everything.
I have not reached the guy who helped build my site, so I think he is no longer in business. Thank you.Site: https://www.interiorsaroom.com.

Hey @interiorsaroomcom, you are logged into WordPress.com currently since you were able to post here, but that login is probably different from the one on your site.
So first, if you’re locked out on your site, can you try allowing your IP via WordPress.com? You can enter IP addresses here:
My Sites → Settings → Security → Prevent brute force login attacksThen try logging in again. Remember, even your username might be different from your regular wp-admin login, as it’s a separate WordPress installation.
If you need more help with the Jetpack plugin, can you reach out here?
These forums are for free sites hosted on WordPress.com, so they’re a bit different.
There’s also a Jetpack forum here. You would likely need to create a login there to post:
