I cannot get my money back after I refunded.

    I requested a refund on March 17th… an email says you have to wait 7-10 business days… but it’s now been 11 days… and I still haven’t received any money back from refunding.

    Since we need to pass along some transaction information to you, we’ve sent an email to the account email address associated with your account. (subject [WordPress.com Forums] Follow up to your post).

    In that email will be the Acquirer Reference Numbers (ARN) you will need to give to your bank so they can locate the funds.
