I cannot get to my site!!!

  I paid for a new domain, and I cannot get to the page to create the site. Instead I keep getting sent to a site I NO LONGER have with WordPress.

  I just responded with screenshots by email. If this is considered customer service, then I will get a refund and take this somewhere else.
