I cannot log in

wordpress does not have a number so I talked with their AI. It told me sometimes real people appear to be bots so to clear all my chrome cache and cookies. I did. But it did not fix the problem.
My password worked yesterday morning and then stopped in the evening. I am getting this alert: Error: Incorrect CAPTCHA. Please try again. I restarted my MacBook, changed my password, restarted my MacBook again, cleared ALL my cache and cookies in Chrome from All Time, restarted my MacBook again – and it is still giving me that same alert.
I went back to their AI and it told me to make sure third party cookies are on – they are.
Then it told me to use an incognito window which I did – got the same alert.
Then it told me to use a different browser so I tried safari – got the same alert.
Then it told me to use my iPhone hot spot – got the same alert.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @nikkipolos,
Contact GoDaddy’s Help Center and give them the site address and exact error, ask them to restore your WP Admin access and check what is rejecting the CAPTCHA.

Hi @nikkipolos,
I can see how frustrating this must be, especially after all the troubleshooting you have already done. You were very thorough, and I want to make sure we point you in the right direction.
Your site workoutworthy.com is hosted with GoDaddy, not on WordPress.com directly, so the login page you are trying to access is managed by your GoDaddy hosting environment. The “Error: Incorrect CAPTCHA” message is coming from a CAPTCHA system on your hosting side, which is why clearing your browser data, switching browsers, and even changing networks did not help. The block is happening on the server, not on your device.
GoDaddy has a built-in CAPTCHA feature that can be applied to WordPress login pages, and this is a known cause of exactly the error you are seeing. The good news is that you can often resolve it through your GoDaddy account without needing to log into WordPress at all.
Here is what I would suggest:
- Log into your GoDaddy account at godaddy.com and navigate to your hosting dashboard for workoutworthy.com. Look for a “WordPress Admin” link there, which can sometimes bypass the CAPTCHA and get you into your dashboard directly.
- Once inside, check for a GoDaddy menu item in your WordPress sidebar and look under Tools for a CAPTCHA setting. Turning that off should resolve the issue.
- If you are not able to find it or get in that way, GoDaddy’s support team will be able to identify exactly which CAPTCHA is active on your login page and help you disable or reconfigure it. You can reach them at https://www.godaddy.com/help.
Since this is a hosting level issue on GoDaddy’s side, their team is best equipped to dig into it and get you back in quickly. I hope this helps narrow things down and gets you back to your site soon!
