I cannot log in as admin

  We have not updated our blog for more than two years however, now that I wanted to log in, it seemed like I lost the ability to enter and add blog postings. The site is still there, but I cannot log in as admin?
  I have been so long time ago on WordPress that I am sure I am missing something!
