i cannot log into edit my account

    I can log into wordpress to get into the dashboard, when i attempt to log in to edit the site it states i have incorrect log in details.

    Hi there,

    The site thehappymoggie.co.uk appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and GoDaddy also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

    To further clarify, the login to your site is not the same as the login you use to access WordPress.com. Do you not recall the username/password to access your GoDaddy site?

    The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through the GoDaddy, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

    You can ask GoDaddy support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
