I cannot log on to the actual back in website

    I am the owner of this website (black bottle brewery.com) and I need to be able to log into the backend because I cannot see our cart and the Magic link will not email me a code!

    I can log into WordPress but not the actual backend website I tried all the special codes we were given and try to email me a code it did not work!

    I need help immediately and I would love a number to call I know you guys like email!

    We are launching a huge online sale please help

    I’ve been with you guys for a long time we are launching some new products I need to update our cart which is through WOO.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
