  i cannot login to the admin of my other page (not this one) and cannot get help unless i login! i changed the domain over to shopify and wanted to delete my awearjewelry.com wordpress page

  I have disconnected the site from your account’s Jetpack connection here, but your site was not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
