I cannot publish any pages

  I have a page with the permalink https://afroempire.wrordpress.org-2018/. The page exists, is published, and is set to public. It was accessible until I edited it this evening (just made a tiny change in the text content). Now the permalink results in a ‘Page not found’ error. Changing the permalink slug doesn’t make any difference. I also tried creating an entirely new page with the same content, and that new page also resulted in ‘Page not found.’ Please help!
