I cannot save to draft or publish, I have cleared cashe but this hasn’t helped, any suggestions?

It is happening through a browser, I have tried on a different browser but with no luck.
When trying to create a new post I can enter the text but when trying to save draft I get a message saying ‘saving of draft failed’ this is the case if I attempt to
save manually or through autosave. -
In what browsers are you seeing this issue? Please include the browser version numbers.
Do you have any add-ons installed in the browsers? Please check what happens if you disable those, or try to use private/incognito mode.
Also try clearing your browser cache, unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to clear its connection cache, and and if possible see if using a different internet connection helps.
