I cannot stop receiving newsletters from a certain wordpress site

    I cannot stop receiving newsletters from this site no matter what I try. No matter how many times I unsubscribe. It says I don’t follow any blogs, when I access wordpress. How do I stop receiving these. It’s a living nightmare.

    Hi there,

    Can you tell us more about the newsletters you are receiving? What is the URL of the site they are coming from and the email address that is being used to send them to your inbox? Can you share a screenshot of one of the newsletters (in your inbox) so we can see it as you do as well?

    To share a screenshot with us, you can upload it to the Media Library on your site, and then copy the image URL. You can see a video of how to do this here: https://d.pr/v/Fcnerp

    Once you have the image URL just paste it into your reply and we will be able to see your screenshot, thanks!

    That email address is separate from your WordPress.com account, which may explain the problem.

    To fix that, first log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me (this is absolutely crucial)

    Then, you should be able to click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
