I cannot upgrade my plan

    Hi – I’ve tried to pay for an upgrade plan multiple times, but the system says error and the payment does not go through. I know my card is working because I’ve used it recently.

    Hi there,

    It appears in the time since you have posted this question you have been able to add the WordPress.com Pro Plan to your account. Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still?
