I can’t access my account

  I have a site through wordpress, unfortunately my ex set it up for me. I cannot get into my dashboard. I’ve tried all my (email visible only to moderators and staff) addresses and nothing seems to work. Is there a way to reset this, if I can’t get into my account? Or a way to delete that site and start fresh at least?
