I can’t access my account

Hi. I was sent an email March 21st stating my site was having an issue but just saw it now. Now, I’m unable to access my account. Can you please help me get my site back up and running and also send me the IP address so it can be reconnected to Go Daddy? Thank you!

Hi there,
It appears that your site is hosted by Google Cloud. So, you need to contact them to get the DNS records required to connect it to your domain at GoDaddy.
Please note that the forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform, which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using. You can learn more about these differences here:

I’ve never had a Google cloud account only WordPress. Is there a phone number I can call because I’ve been receiving emails from WordPress. Example: from (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Howdy!Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce.
First, visit your website (http://www.katanadadon.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://www.katanadadon.com/wp-login.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.9.2
Current theme: Classic Ecommerce (version 0.4.2)
Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 5.8.1)
PHP version 7.3.30 -
Hi there,
I checked your site and although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software. However, it appears that your site is hosted with Go Daddy, so I would reach out to them regarding your account:
https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-godaddy-customer-support-20320
We personally do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites or accounts such as yours but Go Daddy as your site host should be able to help you with potentially regaining access.
Thanks!

I called Go Daddy yesterday and they told me I needed to get the IP address from either wordpress.com or wordpress.org to give them in order for my account to be connected. That still doesn’t explain how I access my actual wordpress account. Is there a phone number I can call so someone can help me troubleshoot because your answers aren’t really helping me.

Your domain’s public historical records show that your site was hosted by GoDaddy for six years straight. You can see that here:
So, you need to contact GoDaddy again and ask them to help you reconnect your domain with your site, which is hosted on their servers.
Please note that we’re WordPress.com, a hosting provider different from the WordPress software that your site is using. You can find more information on the differences between those two here:
