    I can’t log in to my account and my website is down. The link, I usually use to log in doesn’t work.

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Please note that your site at olgcatholic.org is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by GoDaddy. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites.     If you’re unable to log in to your site at olgcatholic.org/wp-admin, please reach out to GoDaddy support for help. As your site is hosted on their servers, they have access to its files so they can help you log in.
